The Plot Summary:

  This documentary captures the story of a Model and a Fashion Designer who turned Actor while keeping WALL STREET open after hours. The first and only to ever to live in Wall Street alone with 2,500 Sq.Ft. living space and 1,800 Sq.Ft. private roof deck with him the only tenant in the building for a decade. Kwane Spinks was born in Brooklyn, New York and his entrepreneurialism started in 2002, the financial district (Wall Street), New York. His charm, charisma and confidence allowed him to impress the realtors as well as the owners of the property to obtain a 13 month lease (one year, one month) at $5,000 per month ($60,000 a year) with no job. Spinks became a personal driver and also modeled from time to time while he was developing his clothing brand. At the age of 30 with no steady job, no credit to his name, he created jobs everyday through Family, Friends, Associates and Strangers to maintain and live at 34 Cliff Street Entire 3rd Floor New York, New York. Spinks created his own jobs from 2002-2012. During his tenure, he was responsible for rent, car payment, utilities, just normal living needs, parties and events.
  During the end of 2011, the real young Wolf and Playboy of Wall Street was losing his luster, after offering and accepting the responsibilities that come with it Spinks began taking care of his Mentally Challenged brother and a Mother and Son Chrystal Daniels and 10 year old cancer kid Lloyd "LJ" Jones whom he never met but once. He was asked, if they can stay for 2 days. When things didn't work out for them during the 48 hours. He took them in for 4 months. While failing slowly to uphold the responsibilities to keep his apartment through hard work, good friends, tremendous will, a good management property office and a great landlord which helped him he bounce back.
